When the guy that owned it before Covid was always there this place was the best. I have had the ultimate car wash with gate privilege since before covid. I had to show that owner I was capable of pulling up into the touch wash safely to get my pass. Since the new owner took over I no longer have privilege to use the touch wash I pay a subscription fee for. In fact, it is now closed most of the time. This is even during business and weekend daytime hours. So I am being forced to use the lesser wash almost every time. They also stopped stocking the vacuum tokens. I am supposed to get one per week. Most of the vacuums don't work, but aren't labeled, so if you do want to use vacuums you can lose money finding out they don't work and no way to get money back. If something doesn't change this month I am canceling my subscription and going to one of the new, state of the art car washes that actually are maintained. Employees have told me the owner now doesn't care that things don't work.

If I could have given a zero, I would. Use to be a great carwash. Was back recently, twice because I couldn't believe it, and both bays were bad for handwash. Pressure was half of what it use to be in first bay. Made it through the wash and came back with a different vehicle to check out 2nd bay. Even worse! Very little pressure but something was leaking up in ceiling. Water was coming everywhere from ceiling and I thought maybe it would collapse so I hurried up and got done. While I was trying to wash off the soap, water/soap kept leaking from ceiling. I called, and no one answered. Left a message, and no one returned my call. Guess no one cares and the business shows. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Paid for their additional wash for $5 extra promotion. Went 3 different times to try and redeem it and the auto touchless was closed. 4th time it was open and I tried to use the code and it doesn’t work at all. Wasted so much time at this car wash. Don’t purchase their extra gimmicks and good luck with the touchless wash being available.

Guess they no longer have an underbody blast. Would specifically go to this location as the pressure was way better than gas station washes. Looking forward to giving Club Car Wash a try!

Used the touch free, shiny car original.. I assumed there would be another rinse, nope. Left soap all over my car. Got MAYBE 30sec of dry time and with how bad the dryers were, needed more like 2 min. Definitely recommend sticking to the self wash here. (Added some photos, hoping you can see the difference in soap and water)
